Безкоштовно — графік відключень, стан станції на запит і ручне керування нею. Pro — автопілот, який цілодобово сам вирішує, коли й до якого рівня заряджати станцію, зокрема наперед перед відключенням.
Є місячна й річна підписка; актуальну ціну видно на екрані «Amperlin Pro» («Ще» → «Підписка») перед оплатою.
14 днів Pro вмикаються, щойно підключено першу станцію EcoFlow, — один раз на акаунт. Після них акаунт сам стає безкоштовним: кошти не списуються, бо це не пробний період App Store чи Google Play.
Підписка поновлюється автоматично в кінці кожного періоду, доки її не скасовано. В App Store скасувати її треба щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду.
У застосунку: «Ще» → «Підписка» → «Керувати підпискою». Або на iPhone: Параметри → імʼя облікового запису → Підписки; на Android: Play Маркет → профіль → Оплата й підписки → Підписки.
Pro привʼязано до акаунта Amperlin, тож досить увійти в той самий акаунт. Якщо Pro не зʼявився: «Ще» → «Підписка» → «Відновити покупки».
Після безкоштовного періоду з коду підписка поновлюється за повну ціну, якщо її не скасувати. На iPhone код погашають за посиланням або в App Store, а тоді в Amperlin — «Ще» → «Підписка» → «Відновити покупки»; на Android — у Google Play, а тоді протягом 3 днів відкривають Amperlin і входять в акаунт.
Одна підписка App Store чи Google Play діє лише в одному акаунті Amperlin — у тому, де її зараховано першим. Pro буде після входу в той акаунт.
Повернення коштів за підписку з App Store розглядає Apple: заявка — на reportaproblem.apple.com. За підписку з Google Play діють правила Google Play, а з питанням можна написати на contact@gorkusha.name.
Графік відключень і демо працюють без станції. Для автопілота потрібна підключена портативна станція EcoFlow.
Потрібні ключі доступу з порталу розробника EcoFlow (developer-eu.ecoflow.com — окремо від застосунку EcoFlow). Далі «Головна» → «Підключити станцію»: майстер проведе крок за кроком.
Сам заряджає лише автопілот — у Pro або протягом 14 пробних днів; без них станцією керують вручну. Якщо Pro є, на вкладці «Головна» видно, чи станція на звʼязку, а на вкладці «Активність» — що й чому робив автопілот.
На вкладці «Графік» — кнопки регіону й черги вгорі; або «Ще» → «Регіон і черга».
Через «Ще» → «Видалити акаунт»; дані, налаштування, історію й ключі EcoFlow буде видалено назавжди. Підписку App Store чи Google Play це не скасовує — її скасовують окремо.

Free: the outage schedule, station status on request and manual control of the station. Pro: an autopilot that decides around the clock when and how far to charge the station, including ahead of an outage.
There is a monthly and an annual subscription; the current price is shown on the “Amperlin Pro” screen (“More” → “Subscription”) before payment.
14 days of Pro start as soon as the first EcoFlow station is connected, once per account. After that the account becomes free on its own: nothing is charged, because this is not an App Store or Google Play trial.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled. In the App Store it has to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
In the app: “More” → “Subscription” → “Manage Subscription”. Or on iPhone: Settings → your account name → Subscriptions; on Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Pro belongs to the Amperlin account, so signing in to the same account is enough. If Pro does not appear: “More” → “Subscription” → “Restore Purchases”.
After the free period from the code, the subscription renews at the full price unless it is cancelled. On iPhone the code is redeemed via its link or in the App Store, then in Amperlin: “More” → “Subscription” → “Restore Purchases”; on Android it is redeemed in Google Play, then Amperlin is opened and signed in to within 3 days.
One App Store or Google Play subscription works in one Amperlin account only — the one it was credited to first. Pro is there after signing in to that account.
Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple: requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play subscriptions follow Google Play's rules, and questions can be sent to contact@gorkusha.name.
The outage schedule and the demo work without a station. The autopilot needs a connected EcoFlow portable power station.
It takes access keys from the EcoFlow developer portal (developer-eu.ecoflow.com, separate from the EcoFlow app). Then “Home” → “Connect station”: the wizard walks through it step by step.
Only the autopilot charges on its own — with Pro or during the 14 trial days; without them the station is controlled manually. With Pro, the “Home” tab shows whether the station is online, and the “Activity” tab shows what the autopilot did and why.
On the “Schedule” tab, the region and queue buttons at the top; or “More” → “Region and queue”.
Via “More” → “Delete account”; data, settings, history and EcoFlow keys are deleted for good. This does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — that is cancelled separately.
