Amperlin — застосунок для розумного заряджання портативної електростанції EcoFlow з урахуванням графіків відключень електроенергії в Україні. Ця сторінка описує, які дані ми збираємо, навіщо, і як їх видалити.
Виключно для роботи самого сервісу: автоматичне, "прив'язане до відключень" розумне заряджання станції, сповіщення та статистика в застосунку. Крім того, ми рахуємо знеособлені підсумки — скільки людей оформили Pro і як часто відкривається екран Pro, — щоб розуміти, чи працює сервіс. Дані НЕ використовуються для реклами, профілювання чи будь-якого стороннього трекінгу.
Ми не продаємо персональні дані та не передаємо їх третім сторонам, окрім сервісів, необхідних для роботи застосунку (EcoFlow Open Platform API — для керування станцією; Expo Push — для доставки сповіщень (через Apple Push Notification service на iPhone і Firebase Cloud Messaging від Google на Android); Apple/Google — для входу; Apple App Store і Google Play — для обробки покупок підписки). Бекенд застосунку працює на сторонній хмарній інфраструктурі (хостинг і сховище), яка обробляє ваші дані виключно від нашого імені для роботи сервісу.
Дані зберігаються, доки існує обліковий запис. Ключі доступу EcoFlow зберігаються зашифрованими. Історія подій обмежена останніми записами (ротація). Обліковий запис і всі повʼязані дані можна видалити в будь-який момент.
Видалення облікового запису назавжди й безповоротно видаляє обліковий запис, збережені ключі EcoFlow, налаштування, історію подій, push-токени та стан обробки заряджання. Зробити це можна:
Після видалення ми зберігаємо лише те, що захищає оплату й пробний період, — без імені, пошти й ідентифікатора акаунта: позначку, що пробний період уже використано (хеш ідентифікатора входу Apple чи Google і дату початку), і записи покупок у магазинах — ідентифікатор транзакції Apple або токен і номер замовлення Google Play, стан підписки й позначку відкликання, а для покупок Apple ще дату, ціну й валюту, продукт і пропозицію чи код, якщо їх застосовано. Ці записи не дозволяють удруге отримати пробний період і не дають пізньому поверненню коштів змінити чужий доступ; зберігаються безстроково. Технічні журнали сервера зберігаються до 7 днів, історія відновлення бази даних — до 30 днів, після чого видалене зникає остаточно.

Amperlin is a smart-charging app for EcoFlow portable power stations that is aware of Ukraine's rolling blackout schedules. This page describes what data we collect, why, and how to delete it.
Solely to run the service itself: blackout-aware automated smart charging for your station, in-app notifications, and statistics. We also count de-identified totals — how many people subscribed to Pro and how often the Pro screen opens — to understand whether the service works. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any third-party tracking.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, other than the services required to run the app itself (EcoFlow Open Platform API — to control your station; Expo Push — to deliver notifications (via Apple Push Notification service on iPhone and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android); Apple/Google — for sign-in; Apple App Store and Google Play — to process subscription purchases). The app's backend runs on third-party cloud infrastructure (hosting and storage) that processes your data solely on our behalf to run the service.
Data is retained for as long as you have an account. EcoFlow keys are stored encrypted. The in-app event history is capped to the most recent entries (rotated). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly removes your account, stored EcoFlow keys, settings, event history, push tokens, and any in-progress charging state. You can do this:
After deletion we keep only what protects payments and the trial, with no name, email or account identifier: a mark that the trial has been used (a hash of the Apple or Google sign-in identifier, and the start date) and the stores' purchase records — Apple's transaction ID or Google Play's purchase token and order number, the subscription state and whether it was revoked, and for Apple purchases also the date, price and currency, the product, and the offer or code if one was applied. These records keep a trial from being granted twice and a late refund from changing someone else's access; they are kept without a time limit. Server logs are kept for up to 7 days and the database's recovery history for up to 30 days; after that the deleted data is gone for good.
